Avoid change at all costs


Nobody likes change; after all, when change occurs, things happen . . new ideas surface, leadership can shift from one person to another, people can take an idea and run with it showing flagrant disregard for the all-important hierarchical work structures  which provide consistency & security to the office population. Thanks, Jen. Now I can just randomly choose one of these each week and run with it. 2008 is going to be a NIL CHANGE year.
